Sean Nagle is an experienced, registered remedial massage therapist.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Movement (Sports Science), is a fully qualified personal trainer (Cert IV) and is trained in both trigger point dry needling and functional release cupping.
During his treatments Sean draws on his comprehensive understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. Sean’s athletic background gives him a unique understanding of impact of injury, rehabilitation and pain management.
Sean uses a collaborative approach to reaching his client’s goals by combining clinical education, massage and exercise. He enjoys working with his patients to help them gain significant insights into how and why their body functions the way it does, and assists in promoting long lasting changes for better health.
Sean uses various techniques including soft tissue, stretching, dry needling and cupping to promote healing and relaxation. This enables him to provide a safe space for your body to drift into the parasympathetic state. He ensures that each client leaves with a sense of physical and emotional grounding as well as an increased range of motion and fluidity, bringing relief to chronic pain and discomfort.
You’ll find Sean at the gym, out for a run or reading a book at the beach in his spare time.
